Safeguarding and Child Protection

A safeguarding culture helps protect our children, young people and the golf workforce (whether paid or voluntary). We want to ensure our children and young people involved in golf can thrive in a safe environment and that their experiences are positive. It is imperative safeguarding is seen and reflected as a shared responsibility.

We have two learning courses to support the golf workforce in understanding their roles and responsibilities. The courses are interactive, engaging and informative. You will also be provided with many practical resources.

To find out more about the two courses click on the ‘Staff’ and ‘Volunteers' tabs.

Are you staff or running junior programmes?
